During the past week, I came across pickleball for the first time in my new neighborhood.
Pickleball was originally founded in 1965 and combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong.
Admittedly, these are 3 sports that I am not good at and have had minimal exposure to.
However, I consider myself to be a decent athlete with an athletic background of primarily baseball and basketball.
According to NPR, you can burn 40% more calories than walking. Count me in!
Learning the game has been an incredible amount of fun. I would highly encourage anyone who wants to get some exercise and have some fun to check out this wonderful game!
