I enjoy different types of workouts. During this work from home environment, I have also been working out from home. I have enjoyed a couple of prison yard style workouts. A fancy way to say, working out without much (or any) equipment.
I recently read this article by Jon Wilde (link below) on GQ.com and have enjoyed it immensely. I started the workout on January 1st. I am “building my dog house” every other day. My goal is to be able to finish the workout in under 4 minutes. My first attempt took me over 10 minutes.
