Embrace The Benefits Of Indoor Walking

I love to walk, but I don’t like to walk when it is under 50 degrees.  During the last 3 months, I have been walking laps inside my house.  Some people within my inner circle think that I am crazy for doing this.  However, the weather is always great and the Wi-Fi is much better!  Who knows how many laps I actually take inside my house to get my mandatory 10,000 steps in.

According to the Mayo Clinic, regular brisk walks can help you:

  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Improve your mood
  • Strengthen your bones and muscles

Do fun stuff while you walk!

  • Phone a friend
  • Watch a movie on Netflix
  • Listen to a podcast
