Client Service Associate

Born and raised in New York, I moved to Charlotte my senior year of high school and have called it home ever since. With over twenty-five years of experience in customer service, I’m passionate about creating positive experiences and building meaningful connections with people I meet.

As a client service associate, I help with account administration, scheduling, and client communication. I organize information to ensure client’s needs are handled smoothly.

My favorite part of my role is the people. I enjoy building relationships with our clients.

I love spending quality time with friends and family, especially my two new nephews. In my free time you can usually find me watching a good comedy, experimenting with new recipes or planning my next vacation. My parents are from Greece and love going when I get a chance to visit family and enjoy the beaches. Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorite holidays, where I get to enjoy great food, tradition, and time with people I love most.
